ICP sensor whats the min. voltage required for starting?

I have a code P1212 set, no start wanna check the ICP, i know the maximum operating range is 5v, whats the minimum required for starting...

.2-.4 volts key on........1 volt low idle......2 volts high idle........ .1-3volts operating range and .83V minimum signal to start
