Question 2001 f250 with 7.3l powerstroke won't start

I have a 2001 f250 with a 7.3l powerstroke. The problem started off going down the road it started hesitating then it stalled. I replaced the composition sensor. After a lot of cranking it finally restarted. For a while I could get it to restart and it would run for about 5 to 15 minutes in the drive way if I tries to put it in gear it would stall. If you held your foot on the gas you could keep it running a little longer, but it would still eventually stall. The more you tried to start it the longer it would take to restart and eventually it wouldn't start at all. Currently it will not start at all. I have gotten the codes p1670,and p1219 are the most consistent. I also have code B1359. I also had codes p1294, p1271, p1277, but I just replaced the valve cover gasket and under valve cover harness. now these codes seem to have gone away, but it still won't start. I have the valve covers off right now when I crank the engine over no oil shoots out of the injectors. I have replaced the CPS twice, PCM, IDM, ICP, valve cover gasket twice, all of the injector O-rings, at least 3 of the injectors had bad O-rings. I have checked the fuses under the dash, and under the hood. I have the wire harness currently torn apart and can't find any damaged wires. I am getting 2400psi of hpop, my ipr duty cycle starts at 14.84 and goes up to 48. I'm getting 150 to 160 rpm while cranking. my batteries have been tested at both autozone, and napa both were good.

I believe it is not cranking fast enough to start. How are your battery cables? Are they corroded? Are they stock? Is it the stock starter. Are your terminals clean.

Edit. I checked the codes first two codes and it could be bad idm, idm relay or fuse, or idm wiring from PCM. Hope this helps.

thank you for the help I figured it out. The last composition sensor I purchased came with shims, and I used them. I took them out and it started.

might wanna check to make sure its not rub'n against the gear, with no shims
