Long crank to start + running rough

Hi everyone hope all is well. New to this forum hoping to get some input. I have an early 99 7.3 CCLB DRW 4x4. Truck has 215,000 miles. After plowing all winter i crawled under the truck and power washed the oil pan, under body, etc. Truck started up fine and i parked it. After a week or so i went out to start the truck and the fun began.(not sure if washing caused this or its just a coincidence) Extended long cranking while oil press gauge slowly made it to half way mark and truck fired up and was running rough. Shut the truck off and turned key back on with engine off and OP gauge went to halfway then i heard a clunk and all pressure dropped. Noticed fuel pump was screaming and sounded very unhealthy. Even though I didn’t think it had anything to do with oil press, I replaced the pump and same thing. However this pump seems to be making some gurgling noises too just not as bad. Replaced CMP no change. Also what makes this more fun, its constant now, but one time it started up and wasnt running rough. Pulled IDM out and i dont think it got wet. NO check engine light, no smoke while cranking or after start up. HPOR is full as it should be. ICP seems to be working. Will confirm icp and ipr data once i have scanner in hand. Pretty sure all injectors have been replaced within last 50k. Leaning towards IPR, HPOP, Injector, or other internal leak. IPR tin nut is on tight. Fuel filter plus oil changes done religiously.
