7.3 wont start after injector replacement.
2000 f250 7.3
First of all my truck ran great. I ordered some 250/200cc hybrids from Swamps along with his tunes. Installed a 38r, head studs, comp springs and other smaller mods.
I ran this for about 2 weeks. Then an injector tip cracked/broke off. I sent out to swamps, got full replacement and they checked the other 7 also free of charge.
Installed the injectors, truck wont start. 3 days and 2 new battery's later it fires. I let it set and idle for maybe 30min-45min to let the air purge. It sounds rough. Blue smoke, smells like diesel.
I take it up the road, got about 1 mile and it died. Towed it home. Cant get it to fire since.
HPOP is FULL. Wait to start light comes on, 5 seconds later goes off like it should. Truck has two brand new CHARGED battery's.
Swamps says my injector failure could have been from a bad HPOP. Could a HPOP completely fail at an instant?
Any and all suggestions are helpful. I also replaced that IPC sensor last week too with a new OEM Ford one.
I hate just to throw money into it like this but I am lost.
