I have a 2000 f250, I was cruising down the highway at 75mph, EGTs running 900 like normal, then out of nowhere they spiked to about 1050-1100 and my truck started to bog down. I killed it and turned the key on and off a few times and started it and it ran normal, except my EGTs are climbing way faster than normal. Once I reach 70 or my EGTs at 900 it begins to bog down as if it were fuel starved. I'm not chiefing white smoke so I don't think it's my lift pump, but I feel like it's a fuel pressure issue. This happened yesterday and even after letting it sit the EGTs are still climbing faster than it normally does. Any ideas?
