Dripping Diesel

New to the this forum. Background info, 1999 Ford with 7.3 powerstroke with on 145K miles, everything original. I haven't ran it much all winter and went to top off the tank before going to pick up a new camper. I left it ideling while filling (I live in SD, still very cold), after paying for #1 diesel, I noticed a puddle of diesel dripping off the front of the motor. Crawling around on a gas stained concrete, I noticed diesel dripping out of what looks like a overflow tube in front of the motor on the passenger side. Next day during start up and ideling (10 degrees) before my trip, noticed another puddle on the gravel. The pickup ran fine when hooked to the camper.

Any ideas, and should I be worried.

Sounds like fuel bowl drain valve orings. You can rebuild the valve for a few bucks from diesel orings or replace it for around $50

Yep. Fuel bowl drain. Mine did the same thing. New set of nifty O-rings from Diesel-Orings fixed her up.
