7.3 no start

2000 f250, 7.3, auto.

First of all I had swamps 250/200's installed, 2k miles later and I loose a nozzle. Swamps replace free of charge and even ships back free. I shipped all 8 injectors off for testing just in case of another failure. After installation I cant get it started.

HPOP if full of oil
2 new battery's as of yesterday
I get 'wait to start' light
I get RPM gauge movement on cranking
Fuses checked

I have cranked for 3 days on it and not even a hit.

The ONLY problem on installation was that I turned key on "priming system" with the battery on the pass. side with only one terminal hooked up. I saw a little smoke outta the hood and immediately turned the key off to see the problem. I dont see anything melted or looks like it got hot but something did.

Any suggestions? Im lost.
Very much appreciated any and all help.

I'm thinking fusible link blew somewhere. You have to find where the smoke came from.

I believe one on each fender well behind the battery's. You need to find where the smoke came from first.

Got it started, ran it about 30min then drove it up the road for 1 mile and she lost all oil pressure. Possible overhaul or HPOP, dont know yet.

Gonna say from reinstalling your sticks you got a piece of dirt/debris stuck in your ipr and its stuck dumping all oil back to the pan. Take it apart and clean it.
