Injector o rings help

Put new Alliant o rings in my truck this weekend. Barred the engine over to blow out the cylinders. Cranked and cranked finally started and ran rough as I expected. Smoked grey at first and cleared up. I couldn't take it for a drive to purge the air from the system and it wouldn't idle. Went to start it again and it won't start. Cranked the batteries dead charged the cranked them dead again not even a buck from the engine trying to start. I guess from what I've read I just keep cranking it? Why did it start earlier and not now? Please help

Once it starts it will stay running.
Do you have AE or something similar?
Check engine oil level and fuses in engine bay.
Make sure both injector/glow plug harnesses are plugged in at valve covers.
Are you positive the UVCH's are not loose? 50 cent mod?
42 pin connector at d/s valve cover tight?
HPOP res full?
It's really nice to have AE for stuff like this.

Without a way to monitor what the PCM is seeing and doing, you are going to chase your tail on this. Do you have a scanner of some sort or access to one?

Unfortunately all I've access to right now is my torque pro app. Thanks for the replies I'll look for the obvious for right now and go from there.

With your Torque Pro app, are you seeing any codes stored in the PCM?

No codes but wonder about the torque app since I've had intermittent ses lights before the o rings. Top off the hpop now I guess I'll just keep recharging the batts and crank it. Thanks for the replies

Finally got it running now it smokes white/grey runs ok not much different guess I'll just keep trying to get injectors. I wanted to go larger but I'm more concerned with reliability now so maybe I'll get a couple of stock rebuilds at a time
