Idles fine when cold but when driven dies

2001 excursion with 7.3 idles fine but when u try and drive it it dies and won't it takes some time to start back up. If you let it idle till it's at normal temp it will run fine.

Just messed with the truck I was wrong it does idle rough till warms up than runs smooth any Ideas

How many miles on the truck? How is the oil?

250000 and the oil is good going to change it tomarrow to be sure I changed injectors and just did cups and I put new orings on injectors as well as diy regulated return
