no trailer plug turn signals?

I switched around those relays under the hood and didn't notice any difference in the prongs. Im getting only 1-2 volts on the turn signals/brake light, and 12 volts on running lights and brake. I checked my ground and it looks ok. and how can I test those relays by the air cleaner?

You can test relays by using a 9 volt battery to supply the relay coil after removing the relay from the truck. Use an ohmmeter to check the contact resistance. Resistance needs to be less than 1 ohm. Have you check the backside of your trailer plug? Most of my trailer lighting problems come up there. The connections corrode and cause all kinds of issues.

I used a friends truck last year that had this issue, his had a round plug about 10" in front of the trailer plug that was bad. Took it out and soldered the wires together and then shirk wrapped them. Worked good after that.
