Need Help Identifying Vibration/ Shaking Issues

Got a couple issues with my 99 7.3, has over 200,000 miles on her.

First I have noticed once the truck is warm I feel a slight shaking from the front/ engine part of the truck when it comes to a stop. The idle is perfectly normal, no codes, no smoking, or CEL. No loss of power throughout acceleration from what I can feel.

I just had an oil and fuel filter change. I took it to Ford for a diagnostic a couple weeks ago, but nothing turned up aside from a bad sensor, which was replaced. Any ideas?

Second have a really good vibration/ shaking coming from the front of the truck when cruising at 40 to 45 mph? Do you think I need a balance or alignment? Bad u-joints?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
