Hard Start.... Need Help....

I just got a 00 F250 w/7.3 and I have some questions. Im having a hard time starting it after sitting more than 12hrs. I can plug it in for about 3hrs and it will start. New batts, new batt cables, new GPR, new air intake temp sensor on air box and manifold, fresh filter change. I have tested the GPR connections...all good. I have a light hooked up to GPR to show me when the glow plugs are getting power. Comes on about 1 out of 4..Have new reduction gear starter, new glow plugs, new alliant O-rings, and new cam position sensor on the way. Could it be the glow plug controller, oil pressure sensor, water temp sensor, or???? Need alittle help..

How many miles are on your truck? If it is high mileage, or even if it hasn't been maintained the injectors could be just flat worn out. That can cause cold start issues.

Early 99 F350 dually, supercab, XLT, 4X4, 6spd, 6637 intake, 4 inch straight pipe, 2.5" leveling kit, 4" rear blocks, 07 front bumper, 07 billet grill, 07 smoked headlights
Waiting to be installed: 7'' cat stack, Fog lights, Chicken Lights
Future Mods: Window Tint, Custom tuning, WW2, Ported Compressor housing, Warn Premium Hubs

Have you checked the plugs themselves or is that what you meant by "I have tested the GPR connections" ? (GPR is the Relay).

And what does (the GPR) "Comes on about 1 out of 4" mean?
3/4s of the time the relay doesn't come on when cold?

I assume you're read this ->Troubleshooting GPR & GP's
