Powerstroke knocking PLEASE HELP!

Hi, I have a 2000 powerstroke with about 190,000 miles on it and it is making a knocking sound on the driver side of the engine. I have taken the truck to ford and they check my fuel pressure, hpop, and tested my injectors and said they were fine. I thought it might be the long lead injector on number 8. So I replaced it with a AD injector and did a regulated return kit and the noise is still there. So I took the truck back to the shop they told me the truck failed the leak down test on number 8 and I needed a valve job. So 2500 dollars later I have a new seat of rebuilt heads installed, and the noise is still there. I have try swapping the injectors from the driver side to the passenger side and new valve cover gaskets and harnesses. The noise is louder when the truck warms up and goes away with rpm and if I let off the pedal on the highway the noise goes away as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
