2001 psd. mid range hopping and shaking.

for a few monthes i had a ebp senser code and truck still ran fine and was so cold i just dealt with it. driving home from work it now decides to shake and stutter at that mid range. I check the codes with works snap on reader. now it reads these codes. p0470 ebp circuit,p0471 ebp circuit range performance, p0478 ebp control valve high, p1248 turbo boost pressure not detected. and the 1316 ignition diagnostic monitor codes detected. which i believe to be the scanner? I decide to bare the cold and change senser and clean clogged tube. I do beleive this fixed my ebp senser readings for the hissings that was with it all have now went back to when original. but i have been reading dif forums with all diff sugestions to try for different codes and have unplugged the map with no change and the 2 2 wire sensers at the intake tubes. also i unplugged the senser that everyone askes if there is oil in it by the engine lifting hook. mine does have oil in it and also did not change anything. anyother suggestions to try before i try our dealer. thanks guys

Lets start with the big one that may be the cause of most of this.

P1316 usually indicates a UVCH that has come disconnected. Start by pulling the valve covers. Once under there, you'll see where the wires for the injectors and glow plugs come together in one harness. That tends to back out over time. It will look something like this if it has backed out:

You can grind a quarter down to the top of George Washington's head and slide it in the clip to help it stay plugged in once you get it back together. It will end up looking like this:
