Need your help! p1211, p1249

I have a 2000 7.3 and I noticed it was starting to get sluggish and would start really hard if left unplugged for more then a couple hours. It would also dump a ton of white smoke out the exhaust until it warmed up. once the truck would warm up it seems to drive fine. temps have been in the teens and twenties most of the week. So i ran the codes and pulled a p1211 and a p1249. I have a superchips flashpaq with fuel saver mode on and straight pipe exhaust. Does anyone have any info on what these codes mean and what I can do to resolve the issue that they represent?

P1249 - Wastegate Control Valve Performance- wastgate fail steady state test
P1211 - ICP Not controllable- pressure above/below desired

Is your red vac line to the turbo pulled off? P1249 might do that.

P1211 is injection controll pressure. Bad sensonr or HPOP not keeping up maybe?

does the red line on the intake port suppose to have vacuum or something coming out of it cause I have the same codes but I think my port is clogged on the inside I also just had to replace my icp it had oil leaking out of it

I got a scanner so how can I tell if my hpop is putting out enough what are the numbers im looking for
