Fuel or Oil problems.

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum and wanted to get everyone's opinion on a problem I have been having with my 7.3 for some time now. This all started about a year ago and hasn't gotten better no matter what I have tryed. Basically the truck is lacking power. A list of stuff I have done is below. The lack of power you can really tell is when it's on the 120hp setting. If I get on it, the truck with puff a little black and then clear right out and run. Not like it used to be where it would blow at trail of black and run like a raped ape. Now it's just lacking. I have noticed that the rpm's kinda level out around the 2500 mark and before they could climb till I let off. Exhaust temp never gets over 1100, fuel pressure is at 75 but goes to almost 100 when I put my foot on the pedal ( don't know why that is), oil pressure at idle is 26-27 and 60 running down the road. Fuel pump is new and I have pulled the driver check valve and it's clear with good flow. ICP is at 470 idle and 2900-3100 WOT. IPR is 10.9 idle and 65-70% WOT.

I do have a ScanGauge and get some readings for anyone that has ideas. Along with Boost, Exhaust, Oil Pressure, fuel pressure.

Truck Mods: intake, exhaust, hutch mod, ccv mod, TS 6 position chip (stock, 85hp econo, 85 hp tow, 100hp, 120hp, smoke), new back pressure sensor, new HPOP, HPx, inter cooler boots, new oil temp sensor, new ICP sensor, new ipr (put on just before new HPOP), sure there is more I missed.

If I missed anything or there are any questions I am more than happy to answer. Just want the truck back to normal and have the power back.

Thanks in advance. Steve
