Has anyones block heater element ever sh!t the bed?

Mine did, i plug it in and it did nothing, but zapped me!

Anyone else, Im ordering a new heater, cord lookd alright,

Man this sucks, single digits here and now no block heater for a week! Mt starter and fly wheel are going to hate me until the new heater gets in!

Your engine was designed to start all the way down to - 30C without being plugged in. I have to start mine very regularly at below - 20C.

You'll be fine if everything is working correctly
