Glow plug came apart, now what!?

Upon removal of junk Autolite glow plugs, one came apart and half of it is still inside the cylinder. Is there any chance to get it out or am I about to learn how to remove the head?

I had champion plugs swell up on me..... 5 of them.. I unthreaded them and started the truck... I laid a 2x10 over the engine and when they fired out they almost go through, definitely dont want that hitting your hood.

Or try what this guy did.
