p1316 is definitely a electrical code for injectors , need to run a buzz test to see what you get from that , p0340 is cam sensor code

a buzz test is a injector electrical test that can be ran with an adequate scanner that will monitor data and run functional tests , the p1316 is a pcm code which tells you that you have injector wiring issues , a buzz test will breakdown which cylinder or multiple cylinders that are throwing the p1316
