Strange Miss

This morning I pulled my big trailer with my '99 250 SD and it ran fine after unhooking the trailer and heading home a couple hours later it seemed to miss or more like hesitate momentarily on acceleration. Then at cruise speed (65) every once in awhile it would miss only once with no regularity and no loss of power. Any ideas?

Some people are like slinkies they are completely useless but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a set of stairs

you could try a different cam sensor as well.

i had a miss with the ford grey cam sensor, switched to the delphi hts101 and no more miss!

Changed the cam sensor this morning and drove for about 30 miles with no misses. Seems to have solved the problem. Thanks Guys for the help!
