In my semi-amateur opinion, the answer to the OP's question is a simple no. If you had oil leaking from the injector into the cylinder (somehow), then you would probably be balls deep in hydrolock and not like life very much. As for the CCV mod, the oil come out of the injector in the valve train, but is spit into a deflector and directed downward back into the crankcase.
So...unless a deflector is missing and spitting oil everywhere and into your ccv, then, I don't think the first question is possible.
and. regarding the oil leak, definitely look into the turbo. The exhaust oil leak is a red flag, the ccv tends to drip oil anyway. Good luck, hope you find a solution!
