No start at -10f

This mornin i got up to start my truck and after letting the glowplugs warm up and everything went to crank it and it sounds like its struggling to turn over. At this time it was about -5. I figured she had gotten really cold over night since i had forgotten to plug it in so i plugged it in after that let it sit for about 2 hours or so and still nothing. Anyone got any ideas? Oh and its fully winterized with heaters from front to back including battery blankets

Whatever the reason for a slow crank (batteries/cables/relay/starter) if the PCM doesn't see at least 100rpm it won't even try to start so don't waste the remaining power you have....
