Need Help Please

99 f 350 Stock airbox K@N filter Tuner 4 in exhaust no muffler adjustable waste gate THis is the problem 9 months ago the turbo was rebuilt and had a larger inpellar put in it 2 days afo the turbo started making alot of noise pulled turbo off and a blade from the exhaust side impellar is missing guy who built turbo say something came through and hit the blade and broke it he said the egt probe broke we checked and it is fine next was injector tip came off and went through the motor into turbo. The motor sounds fine has this happened to anyone or is there any thing else in the motor we should look for that could have went through and motor and into the turbo? Turbo was done by turbo resource /limit engineering

tell him to look on the floor where he dropped the the impellar and be honest and warranty the repair...

good luck hope he will warranty it...
