Diesel fuel heater element

So I found out that my no start problem was due to a bad fuel heater element. I've unplugged the element and it's working for now but looking at replacement parts there is a big difference in the prices. There is one from Dorman electronics for $40 and another from BWD for $200. Has anyone had to replace this before? Are there any particular brands to stay away from?

Thanks,
Greg

Since you live in FL don't bother to replace it. Seriously don't bother.
