99' f350 cold start then dead

Went to start the truck this morning, it started but was running rough for about 45 seconds then died. I figured since it was aabout 7 degrees last night the fuel might have gelled. One thing that has me stumped is that my wait to start light is not coming on at all since this happened. I thought i might have blown a fuze since i was cycling it quite a lot before i realized the fuel had probably gelled, but i cant find a fuze for glow plugs or anything like that so now i'm realy stumped and i havent even tried to come up with a way to thaw the fuel lines. Any uideas ya'll have would be greatly appriciated.

Greg

Turns out it was not gelled fuel after all, the fuel pump wont pump if the fuel bowl heter fuse is blown, thats why the wait to start light wouldn't come on. Put a new 30A fuse in and she fired right up.
