Help! Ford Techies Needed for Codes...!!

One of our Customers Truck:

Our local Ford Australia is stumped on a Clients F-250... But that is not really a surprise... I have a much higher respect for you Ford Techies that see 100 times the Fords than these guys do...

Coughing, spit, smoke, half cylinders run, ignition diesel knock... I said CPS,
Ford Australia says when it is the CPS it always throws the CPS Code...
My understanding is that is not true, it can be the CPS anyway...
Here are the Codes:

P1316 Injector drivers module
P1294 Injector High Side Banks
P0113 Air Intake sensor.
As He reports it... All of these tested OK so that are tracing the wiring to see if there is a broken wire or blown fuse somewhere. So far it has them stumped.

What do you think Ford Techies and Ford Guru Marc?.... Help !!!

If I am not mistaken, it could still be the CPS?

Kind Regards from the lone Ranger, trying to help someone... And thank you in advance for your Noble Service to the Cause...

Well thanks anyway, Guys and Gals...

It turned out not to be the CPS after all. The extreme corrugations of the washboard surface out west in Australia had shaken the under the rocker cover wiring loom loose, and a pin connection had come loose shutting down that side of the engine... Mind you, the conditions of 500 kms of extreme shaking corrugation of some of our inland dirt gravel roads are conditions you would not probably see much of in America. That code combination might be weird, so it is understandable that no one could take a guess on it.

Thanks anyway All.... Regards from Oz, lone Ranger
