P1211 Error Code on 03 E450 7.3L

Hello Wonderful helpers. Looking to see if anyone can help me figure this out:

Little Background:

I have an Edge Insight so i can see what's going on. Bought this truck from Florida with only about 34,000 on it-so it spent some time sitting somewhere.....

It drove fine from FL to CT, now having issues with it running.-after i get over 195 Deg on EOT, it starts running skippy (penut butter???)- injectors not firing right, ICP Duty Cycle drops, even with 100% Engine Load-can't get over 20MPH-loose all power. The ICP only hits about 2500PSI and also drops from there. There is oil leaking out of the Valley, my thought is bad HPOP Gaskets, or even bad pump, or IPR. Also, Boost only hits 12PSI-know this is an issue, will be looking for leaks as soon as i can. Another wierd thing, the EBP number stays almost consistant with the boost pressure-didn't know if that is weire or not. Glad for any thoughts or suggestions. NOTE: BONE STOCK TRUCK E-450 BOX TRUCK(PITA to work on engine b/c 3/4 is under the winshield!!! hate E-Series!!!!

Please know-this is a different vehicle than in my signature!

low oil pressure is really going to limit how well the injector can peform.

that could be one reason you have low boost.

i would definately clean everything up and run it to attempt to see where its leaking from.

if it is the gasket leaking id start their, then ipr and icp.

also make sure you are not low on oil, these trucks run like crap with low oil

forgot to mention p12111 is injection pressure above/below desired.
so i you have to high or too low of oil pressure it can set the light.
