Small coolant and oil leak!

Hey all. I have been chasing a small oil leak it appears on the front of the block and leaks onto the steering dampener. Im going to post pictures here in a bit. Im also slowly losing coolant. Very very slowly. Has anyone tries the uv kits to find leaks. Hopefully I can get some help from the pictures. If not WHO in socal wants to come over and earn some beer??

I was getting a coolant leak from my coolant tank hose just above the radiator. I would only leak when I shut it off because the pressure would get a little higher for a short period. I thought it was an oil leak from the oil pump but it was just coolant picking up residual oil left on the block as it leaked down. Anyway when I put on a coolant filter kit I replaced the lines and that fixed the leak. If that's not it I would check the weep hole in the water pump. It may be coming from there.

Mine leaked from the thermostat gasket and the temp sending unit. Also check the pump at the lower hose. There is a gasket there also. Mine leaks oil there to but I believe it's from the pan gasket.
