P1316 Code Intermitant rough idle and stalling

So when my truck has been sitting for a few days and its either been raining or humid it will start however it runs only on one bank will through the CEL light and then stall, if i push the accelerator it will eventually even out an idle fine. However when its warm and dry it starts up just fine.

SO so far I've takin in to one shop they scanned it and it came back with the P1316 code. Then I took it to another shop that got the codes from the IDM, they did the IDS testing and got code P0276 on a buzz test (# 6 cylinder) and did a cylinder contribution test and got codes P0269/p0285 (#3 and #8 cylinder).
So I had them replace the under valve cover harness and then they redid the buzz test and the cylinder 6 & 8 codes are still there...

Is this something a new IDM would fix? or could there be a short somewhere in the harness...

I'm not sure where to go from here and really don't want to just throwing parts and $$ at the truck unless i have to.

Any help would much appreciated!!

Sounds like an IDM to me, I'm not much for throwing parts either but, with the UVCH replaced the only IDM test I'm aware of is to try another. They're the same for all of the 7.3's so, if you know somebody who you can do a quick "swap" with as a test, it wouldn't be a gamble

You should look-over all the wiring that supplies the injectors first, over the Valve Covers and such, where it could be chafing. Inspect the top-side UVCH plug, maybe even Ohm-Out from the IDM plug if you wanted to be sure. But "trying" another IDM would be faster. Otherwise look on eBay for a rebuilt one, they're not too bad...

It could,,, also the IDM itself is prone to getting water inside as water runs off the windshield and down on to it.

Hi there, I finally managed to try a different IDM and it's still showing the P0269,P0284 ( cylinder 3 & 8 contribution balance fault) as well I changed from the grey to the black cps. It passes the koeo and buzz tests now but when I do the contribution test the codes still show up. So does this mean I need a couple of new injectors? Is there any issue with driving the truck when its throwing these codes? not really sure where to go from here. if anyone has any suggestions it wold be much appreciated.
