Pulling plugs tomorrow...need to evacuate hole of oil?

I am pulling my glow plugs tomorrow as it stopped snowing and my stuff came in from Riff Raff and I was told by someone that I need to either blow out the residual oil or suck it out before putting in my top of the line brand new Autolite
plugs back in....just kidding they are the ZD-11's. Is this needed or not? I was thinking this would only be if oil fell down into the hole?

I was autolites that were in there!!! glad there were failures so I could get them out. I lightly blew the oil out of the wells but did not give it much worry as it re-collected and it fired right up with no smoke.
