Coolant System Contamination in 7.3L PSD

Please help! My wife came home yesterday reporting that our 2002 Excursion with 7.3L Powerstroke diesel had a funny smell. I found the coolant reservoir full and fluid seeping out the pressure cap. The fluid ain't coolant, at least not entirely. There are definitely two fluids in the coolant reservoir, you can see one floating on top of the other like oil and vinegar salad dressing. The engine has never consumed coolant and the coolant tank level has always stay between the high and low level marks. I'm guessing that diesel fuel is somehow entering the cooling system. Is that possible? If so, how? And what can I do about it? Any help out there would be great!

If it's diesel, it's the injector cups.
If it's oil, it's the oil cooler.

Thanks ... it's fuel, not oil. I know what I have to do now; ugh. At least no more mystery.
