Question Overheating while towing uphill

My e99 7.3L is starting to overheat while towing uphill. It has never done this before. Just changed oil and coolant level was fine. Going down hill it cooled off and ran fine. I do have air restriction screen in grill and it was warm outside. I might have #4 & #8 injectors not working. Any help or Ideas?

whats overheating...trans or motor? May want to install a 6.0 trans cooler and have your radiator flushed/cleaned out. A member had that done and couldn't believe the noticable difference it made.
