Rough mornings

Posted this in the diesel diagnostic section last night before I realized it should have went in this section.

1999 F-250 with a bone stock 7.3, 4r100.
340,000+ miles

Mechanical History -
New torque convertor about 10 years ago.
New injector cups and 2 new injectors about 2 years ago.
Developed a miss about a month ago and click tested it to fine #5 injector failing. It was replaced and now that brings me up tp present day.

The last week has been met with some rough running mornings.
Truck starts fine.
But once running it starts loping in rpms.
Normally let it run for 2 minutes before I roll out to help build up some heat.
No smoke from the motor or exhaust.
Truck is bad underpowered Till it has been driven several miles.
Work is about 5 miles away and it starts running fine about the time I get close to work.
It runs fine at lunch time as well as when I get off and does fine the rest of the day if it's needed.
Once it's warm it will run like a brand new truck.

Visual under hood problems -
I have a small oil leak at the lower drivers side of the HPOP, not sure if it's o-rings or something worse yet.

I have a slight drip that has started out of the hydro boost unit that I will be changing out Tuesday or Wednesday.

Is this HPOP leak causing my injectors not to fire properly or am I looking at another issue.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

as you know, any leak is not good. With a unit that puts out 3000k + in psi, i'd get that leak fixed quick before you got a real mess on your hands. Have you ohmed out the injectors and glowplugs yet?
