Intermittent no crank. Random, need help.

My 2000 F350 7.3 has started an intermittent no crank in the last few days. It did it Saturday night first after sitting all day at work. Turned the key and nothing. All lights will light up on dash like normal. Checked battery terminal connections, and tried to jump the batteries off. Changed the start relay under the dash, didnt work. Assumed it was the starter relay on the fender and jumped it with a screwdriver and truck started. Started all weekend fine and I never got around to changing the relay. Then today it happened so I changed out the starter relay on the fender. Well it did it again this afternoon. It seems to happen after sitting for awhile. Would a bad starter or solenoid still work even when jumping the relay on the fender? Or is it a bad ignition switch? Thanks for any help

Auto or Stick?

The first thing I think of would be the Neutral Safety Sw. Try lifting Up past P or maybe N and turn the key.

Next, have someone try to crank it it over with the headlights On as you look at the lights for a dramatic change.

Auto, so yes I think I have narrowed it down to the neutral switch. Thanks!
