2000 powerstroke has a sputter

My truck has a weird sputter. I have stage one injectors, terminator hpop, and tony wind man chip. After I put the hpop in it got better but didn't go away. Any ideas would help

You need to get some data logging going. A "sputter" could be caused from lots of things. Find someone who has a capable scan tool like AE, or buy it yourself.
