engine overheating

My 02 7.3 is overheating. I've replaced the fan clutch thinking that was bad, didn't fix it. Then I changed the thermostat, it seemed to fix the problem but now, a week later it's overheating again. I've read that the cap on the coolant tank could cause this, bad belt, clogged radiator, or a bad water pump could cause it. The water pump isn't leaking so I'm assuming that's not the issue. My next guess is a clogged radiator. Is there something else I should be looking at? The truck has 200,000 miles and I don't know what kind of work the previous owners have done to it.
