2000 7.3 cranks will not start

History: Towing rv truck shut off would not restart. Had towed to mechanic, ran snap on scanner buzz check good, then would not connect. Diagnosed as bad PCM. Replaced pcm, then failed buzz check, replaced IDM.
Towed it home. Replaced valve cover gaskets and harnesses, did point to point ohm checks all injectors check ok @ 2.5 ohms, glow plugs all fail, replaced glow plugs. GPR replaced, opened wiring harness checked all wires no breaks, correct voltages/ohms at all sensors and IPR. Removed and cleaned IPR new orings. put pressure gauges in fuel bowl, 90 PSI when key on, in left head in place of pressure sensor, 1000 psi while cranking at 200 RPM, put in new ICP. Replaced CPS.volts at 10.8 when cranking.

Truck tries to start but will not catch and take off sounds like running on 3 cyl.

Where do I go from here?

Its for OBS 7.3s but they are about 95% the same so it will help pinpoint your problem

The problem was the check valve in the fuel bowl was stuck shut. Runs great but still for sale
