Fuel bowl drain valve leak

I am running a 2003 f250 with a 7.3 PSD 114,000 miles. A while back I rebuilt my fuel bowl after finding small leaks from bowl heater, drain valve, and a fuel line. Bought a complete O-ring kit and used Guzzle's excellently written directions to remove clean and replace all the seals.

One month later I was smelling diesel again, not drips but the back of the fuel bowl was wet. Cleaned it and found that the top of the drain valve is leaking where the white plastic inner piece meets the black housing, right under the yellow handle.

I removed the drain valve checked for cracks or damage to O-rings, including the 3rd internal one. I dipped the O-rings in clean diesel, reinstalled, primed the bowl, and turned the valve a few times to seat it and I was good to go for another month. This time when it leaked I brought a brand new valve and super carefully installed it according to Guzzle's directions.

Now the new one is leaking from the exact same spot, from the top where the white plastic internal piece seals to the black housing right under the yellow handle.

Any ideas?
