truck will not start

truck broke down on a route sitting idling just shut off.took a camshaft sensor out to the site still did not want to start .took scan tool looked at icp would not build pressure.had truck towed in.started blocking off cylinder heads left and right with no pressure build up. dead headed pump and still had no pressure.straight voltage to ipr still would not build swapped ipr still no pressure .pulled hpop and had a rough spot when turning replaced pump.still no pressure.resevoir stays full.ipr goes 65% when turning truck over.looked for regulator on oil cooler did not see one externally found a regulator when i pulled oil filter off seems to be fine. 395000 miles on truck.any help would be appreciated thanks brian

Try unplugging the pigtail on the icp and see if it starts, if so it means the icp is dead. When you unplug it the pcm give the ipr a default value and will allow it to start

Thats weird...your icp should be about 500 while cranking im leaning toward hpop, Check your hpop reservoir and if its less then 1/4 in from the top then i would say its your hpop

did notice on the last crank oil light flickering did not have a gauge pulled out oil pressure sensor on top of resevoir and no pressure or oil even trying to come out.notice it says 10psi at curb idle.pulled one of the hpop lines from the cyl head put in a jug turn it over and no oil coming out.how is this oil system circulate.resevoir is full of fresh oil with all the turning over i did i would have figured i would be seeing the norm dark engine oil mixing.thanks

No problem i just was dealing with my own no start ordeal(ended up being loose connector on PCM) but you will get there. A journey of 1000 posts begins with a single post or something like that
