2001 PowerStroke Dies-Hard to Restart

All, I have a 2001 7.3 PowerStroke. It starts in the morning fairly easy. Drive it less than a mile and it dies like the CPS is bad. Swapped the CPS with some that I had from past replacements and no go. Bought a new one and still have the same issues. When it dies in the morning it is really hard to restart and has lots of Bluish or white smoke. It takes about 5-8 restarts over a 30 minute period to get it to run. Could this be a fuel pump or injector issue? This is my daily driver and I am in need of help quickly. BASSHAWK

More information on this one. The Bluish white smoke is really rich smelling. It will burn your eyes with minimal exposure. BASSHAWK
