Is this hpop leaking, new or Just replace a seals?

I'm getting an hpop pressure code. My icp is 2500 and ipr is at 89.6 while towing 6000 lbs up a big incline. Not sure if this is a leaky hope seal or a tired hpop. Truck runs fine otherwise with 160k miles. I thought a leak would look wet with oil and or spray everywhere. If anyone has knowledge I would appreciate before it order a seal kit or a mod 17 hpop.

I don't see a leak.
However, you might have a weak and tired HPOP. But, if you're pushing it hard like that, and the IPR still isn't at 1000% and it's keeping 2500 easy, that doesn't sound bad to me.

I blew an o-ring on the plug in the back of my hpop and had oil all the way down my under carriage. This isn't the first time I've blown o-rings and oil goes every where. If you're not seeing any oil in the valley I'd look for other problems. Maybe a faulty sensor?

So there is just an O ring on that plug. Thats my problem, I can see it leaking arond the plug. Is it a special O ring or will an O ring assortment cure my truck. Is there any springs or check balls that are gonna fall out and go somewhere never to be seen again?

No springs or anything else. Just an o-ring. As far as an o ring assortment goes they are high pressure high temp o rings. I used a standard o ring on mine in a pinch and its held for a month now. If you want to over spend you can get them from ford or order them from dieselorings.com. Make sure you clean the oil off the plug apply loctite and torque to 25 ft lbs. do not over torque!! You will blow it again if you do. I have first hand experience with that!
