wont start below freezing
my 2002 7.3 starts fine on normal days even 35 degrees but when it dops below freezing the flippin thing wont start at all i have to keep turning the
key of and and on, finally it will fire after about 10 to 15 attempts wondering if you guys might think its the glow plugs |

When it does start, are you getting a bunch of white smoke? That is a sure sign that you've got unburned fuel and quite possibly either bad glow plugs or a bad glow plug relay.

I am not sure exactly what that could be, but I would suggest plugging it in so you won't put all that strain on the starter and everything ya know? It will help out cold starts quite a bit

ya i better till i get it fixed . when i get home from work today i saw a forumn

Mine was doing exact same thing...........it was the glow plug relay. Had it replaced and starts up fine now, everytime. White smoke is history too.....and I thought that was normal.
