MY 99 POWERSTOKE WILL NOT START

I AHVE A 99 POWERSTROKE AND MY WIFE RAN IT OUT OF FUEL WE HAVE PUT FUEL IN IT AND IT WILL NOT START ANY SUGGESTIONS.

Turn the fuel drain handle (yellow handle behind the fuel filter) turn on the key. Wait until you see fuel draining under truck. Turn the drain hanle off. Start the truck. It will run like crap until you work the air out.

and if that dont work there are two fuel rail bleed screws on the back of the heads you can pull to get air out but try the drain valve first and if that dont work then try the bleed plugs...
