Oil dipstick pops out

My oil dipstick will just push up about 2" when just driving down the road as normal. Then it blows oil everywhere and makes a huge mess as you can imagine. i have had to tape down the dipstick to the shaft. Does anyone know what could cause this or do i just need a new dipstick?

Crank Case Ventilation - It relieves the air pressure build up inside the engine. It is located on top of the left valve cover under the intake tube, which it ties into.

Crank case pressure may have something to do with your turbo problem.
