02 SD won't start

To give a little background, we had some severve storms come through last night with a couple of real bad lightning bolts. My wife told me she could feel the static electricity inside the house (I was at work). My son went to start my 02 this morning and all it will do is spin over. The radio will not pick up any stations, the WST light will not go off, and the SES is lit also. Checked all the fuses and they are good. The fuel pump is working. Any ideas. Need help.

If lightning hit near the truck or hit the truck, more than likely you pcm is damaged.

Hmm maybe insurance will pick up the tab
