Low boost problem

Hello i am new to the site and new to the powerstroke.
I have a early 99 e350 ext van that is low on power, its only making 10 lbs of boost at wot and it takes a while to get up to 10 lbs.
No dtcs.
icp is 470 idle and 2400 wot
Backpressure 20-25 psi sensor is new and tube is clean.
Injector buzz test clears ok but cct fails on cyl nr 6
Map sensor, air filters and fuel filter are all new.
I have checked the intake boots and they look ok and i cant find any exhaustleaks in the manifolds or upp pipes.

Any suggestions ?

I have not cheked fuelpressure att the filter bowl yet, could low fuelpressure cause these symptoms?
Can the cam sensor cause the cct fail?

with these motors, i'd say anythings possible. The cps (grey) usually, shows a failing test, on # / #8 cylinders, not the #6. Fuel pressure "could" contribute to low boost, but what f/p do you see?
