Coolant leak

I have a 2002 F250 4x4 crew cab short bed I bought the truck about 3 months ago. When ever I leave the truck sit for a couple days I notice a small spot of coolant on the ground under the truck. I looks like is towards the back of the engine. Any ideas where coolant might come from on the back side of the engine any help would be great and the truck has 203000 miles on it thanks.
