no start 1995 f250

Truck ran fine before on cold start today i did not let glows run long enough before tring to start then it was just not starting but sounded like it wanted to. I did probably the wrong thing starting fluid still no start but now hours later sounds nothing like it wants to start even being plugged in for 4 hours?? the oil press guage on dash during cranking doesnt show any pressure?? i pulled codes had intermittant cps & turbo boost sensor A circ perf? truck has exhaust small 40hp chip intercooler etc normally starts easy.
Any good sights on oil pressure tests? or etc???
It does have tach input approx 200 rpm during cranking??? the wait to start works? it is full of fuel in tank and filter housoing?
