Missing bolts?

So I was installing a boost gauge today and i noticed these bolts missing. Can anyone tell me if this is a problem or no big deal? It is in the valley right next to the intake manifold on the drivers side.

The truck is slow, only has power above 2k rpms, and only gets 10-12 lbs of boost. I tightened all of the intercooler pipe joints.

It's hard to tell exactly where those bolt holes are from the pic but I think they are to the lift hook for removing the engine. Check your up pipes for soot then pressurize the intake and start looking for leaks.

Thanks, I'll check the up pipes. What is the best way to pressurize the intake?
