Won't start

I have a 97 international with the 7.3 in it. it won't start all it does is crank over. it is full of fuel, i pluged it in about 3 hour ago. i need some help. it isn't even smoking at all.

Make sure the HPOP res is full, make sure there is fuel in the fuel filter housing, does the tach move when you crank? if not get a new Cam position sensor, does the wait to start light come on? if no check fuses 22 and 9.
